PADI BUBBLEMAKER – age 8+

The PADI Bubblemaker course is a great way to introduce children to scuba diving in a pool. The Fun Part

Youngsters can join in the family fun of scuba diving or even start a trend among their peers! Children should be comfortable in water but they don’t have to be super swimmers. With youngsters in mind, the maximum depth is only 2 metres / 6 feet.

  • Typical sessions last about an hour (sign up, gear up and fun included)

  • How to take their first breath underwater
  • Learn how to use scuba diving equipment for children -not adults
In this controlled, shallow, swimming pool environment, our expertly trained certified instructors will guide these young adventurers through all of the basic skills of snorkeling and scuba diving utilising pool games and lots of fun underwater activities. Moms and dads are more than welcome to join in.

What is included in the course?

At Kasai Village Dive & SPA Resort, all our scuba diving certification courses include manuals and free scuba diving equipment rentals. At the completion of the programs, each child will receive a wall certificate and their very own Bubblemaker card identifying their success as a fully fledged Bubblemaker Diver. In addition,we teach all of our diver level courses in small groups to ensure that you receive the attention that you deserve. All our courses are taught to PADI Standards. Moms and dads are more than welcome to join in.

PADI SEAL TEAM – age 8+

Duration: 1 – 2 days

This course is for young divers who are looking for an action-packed, adventurous program filled with exciting scuba ‘AquaMissions’.

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to dive with flashlights, take pictures underwater or float effortlessly like an astronaut? Then this is your chance to explore these exciting adventures in a swimming pool. You will learn the basics of safe diving and explore different Aqua Missions like wreck, navigation, buoyancy, underwater photography, environmental awareness and more. Meet new friends and share in an underwater adventure. Best of all, become a PADI Seal Team Member!

Supported by video, manual and logbook, the PADI Seal Team program is broken into two parts. Part one, Aqua Mission 1-5 teaches the kids the basics of diving – things like buoyancy control, mask clearing, regulator recovery, etc. After building a solid foundation of scuba skills, kids move on to part two.

Part two is full of Specialty Aqua Missions. These cool dives teach kids different scuba activities. Here is a list of the Specialty Aqua Missions:

Upon successful completion of 10 additional speciality Aqua Missions, students become Master Seal Team Members. In addition, we teach all of our diver level courses in small groups to ensure that you receive the attention that you deserve. All our courses are taught to PADI Standards.

Junior Open Water Diver

For 10 and 11 years old
(A PADI Jr Open Water Diver between the age of 10 and 11 years may only dive with a PADI Professional, a certified parent or certified guardian to maximum depth of 12 meters / 40 feet).
