Payments details

Individual Travelers

To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit of 400 USD * of deposit (non-refundable) must be received within 7 days after the booking. *If your total invoice is less than 400 USD, the total amount is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid 60 days upon arrival. If a reservation is made last minute (less than 60 days upon arrival), the full payment is required to confirm the booking.

Groups

To confirm a reservation for a group (a minimum of 5 rooms), a minimum deposit of 2000 USD must be received within 14 days after the booking.

The remaining balance must be paid 90 days before arrival. If a reservation is made last minute (less than 90 days before arrival, the full payment is required within 7 days after the booking.

Attention

All bookings will be fixed after the deposit has been paid.

Note: All Kasai guests should and must booked their dives with Kasai ONLY. If guests will booked dives from other dive operators other than Kasai there will be a surcharge fee added to the room bill of ₱3,500.00 each person per day.

Cancellation details

Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing to avoid misinterpretation and misunderstanding. Any amendment of arrival and departure date is subjected to availability and acceptance by Kasai Village Dive & SPA Resort.
